My name is Amanda Johnson. I have worked in the health care and customer service field for well over 15 years. I have expansive knowledge of the inner workings of the health care system.

I care deeply about the clients I come in contact with, and make sure all of their needs are met. I believe in treating patients with warmth and compassion and ensuring that they never feel like they are just another call.  This is what I believe and teach, to those who work on my team.
